  1. Sometimes we think we are at our wit’s end, and can’t see light at the end of the tunnel, and that is more often than not the moment where our greatest opportunities arise. I love the motif of the butterfly. “Just when the caterpillar thought her life was over, she began to fly.”

Every crisis and challenge in my life has helped me to become a stronger and better person. Often it’s felt like torture but I know there’s a plan for my highest good which reminds me: did you know that before the caterpillar turns into a butterfly, that within the chrysalis, the structure of the caterpillar dissolves into a “soupy organic mush” before the incredible process of metamorphosis occurs that changes the wormy creature into the gorgeous, magnificent butterfly? It’s complete magic served up by Nature.

It’s wonderful work you are doing showing people the butterfly within their own being.

    1. There is a butterfly poster I bought for my parents and still hangs in their home. My friend helped with writing out that very quote you mentioned above: (“Just when the caterpillar thought her life was over, she began to fly.”) in calligraphy on the poster. I love butterflies. My grandmother loved butterflies and had various butterfly-themed objects in her home. I was on a hike filled with butterflies the day before my grandmother passed away. The metamorphosis of the butterfly is an amazing and inspiring process. Thank you for sharing!

  2. YES!!! I feel like I’m transforming again. It’s exhausting work, but I’m hoping for a huge transformation! P.S. Still not sleeping well… gonna try again now.
